Beyond the fully stocked bar, The Commodore Ballroom also offers a complete menu, designed by Executive Chefs: Dan Tigchelaar and Derek Bothwell. More than just a simple dinner and a show, the Commodore offers fresh appetizers, entrés and desserts that are prepared onsite and can be ordered throughout the night of each event.
