The legendary Commodore Ballroom, Vancouver’s most elegant venue rental, offers a unique space to host any special occasion; from receptions, fashion shows, private events, and concerts to corporate meetings, team-building seminars, and award ceremonies. This historical venue is fully equipped to cater and provide in-house production for any private or public function.
Food & Beverage
The Commodore’s team is led by executive chef, Dan Tigchelaar, who for a special events rental can design custom menus. The ballroom boasts a full-service commercial kitchen and service staff.
All beverage services are provided in-house, with a specialization in the creation of signature cocktails and wine pairings for individual events.

Entertainment & Production
Operating under the Live Nation umbrella, the largest live entertainment company in the world, the Commodore Ballroom’s in-house production team can assist in all aspects of event planning, including the booking of local bands, DJs or headline artists, as well as coordinating all sound and lighting arrangements.
